The Gourmet Restaurant Steinbock will spoil you with the receipts and the culinary art of grandma’s times, passed on to the present time by generations. All times, the Gourmet Restaurant Steinbock’s philosophy for their guests was to convey the sense of a real lord of Villanders during their meals in the parlors of “Von Neuhausen” or “Herrenstube zu Villanders.
Singular and very special princely dishes like roasted pigeon breast with crispy haunches and pickled mustard plums refined with the exquisite South Tyrolean wine “Blauburgunder” and framed harmonically by a historic romantic ambience.
