The specialties of the Valle Isarco like for example the traditional "Muas", the Saracen dumplings or the "Schlutzer", are a true delight at the end of an active day, served in the historical Stuben or on the sunny terrace of the Hotel Zum Steinbock, in the centre of Villandro.
Besides we propose a variety of regional and international à la carte dishes, prepared with local products and herbs. Simply enjoy the delicious dishes and a good glass of wine.

Friday: Arrival in the "Ansitz zum Steinbock", welcome drink, 4 course fish menu
Saturday: Vital breakfast in the "Stube" from the 17th century; relax and / or discover the bishopric Bressanone with the various vinotheques, in the evening a traditional 4 course menu with typical South Tyrolean dishes
Sunday: Easter breakfast with Easter specialities, Easter eggs and homemade bread. Day tour to the "Villanderer Alm" and in the evening a 4 course Easter menu.
Monday: Vital breakfast in the "Stube" from the 17th century; day trip to Caldaro or in the "Springvalley - Frühlingstal" near Montiggl; in the evening a light 5 course degustation menu with the suitable wines.
Tuesday: Departure after a pleasant breakfast.

Spring awakening in Villandro - Chestnut Trail "Keschtnweg"

In the Eisacktal also like in our original village, we are welcomed with most agreeable temperatures already by the first in the spring messengers. It begins to bloom - ideal for hikes on the chestnut trail, Nordic-Walking, to discover the cultural & historic sights and to taste the culinary delicacies of our chef Luis Unterfrauner.

Friday: Vital breakfast in the "Stube" from the 17th century; stroll on the chestnut trail and visit of the cemetery and the church of Villandro; in the evening 3 course degustation menu.
Saturday: Vital breakfast in the "Stube" from the 17th century; trip to Bressanone, relaxing day in the swimming pool "Aquarena"; in the evening a light 4 course degustation menu with the suitable wines.
Sunday: Departure after a pleasant breakfast.
